Payout minimum of $0.01 is only for upgraded members only. Payout minimum for standard members is $3.
Unfortunately if you want to upgrade, the cheapest upgrading fee is $5.99, which is quite expensive to me. Unsure of what you other members will think about it.

It is a new website, opened I guess on 3/4 September only.
There are some ads but most are self-ads, so I hope that as the time pass by, more and more advertisers will come in (rather than website's own self-ads)

Standard Members:
Per day $0.04 (there are 4 ads)
Days to hit payout = 75 days
You need at least 8 refferals to hit payout once per month.

Some updates regarding the click rate:

• Earn up to 0.2$ per click
• Earn up to 0.01$ per referral click
Our Payout minimum is 25$

Not a great sign, since the site is giving so high click rate, and the minimum cashout is too far to reach. Personally, I don't think this site will stay for a longer period.

Have a look at the FAQ page:

"How much money can I make from my referrals?
Free Members earn $0.1000 for each of their click and $0.0050 for each of their referral's clicks. We also offer upgraded memberships that allows you to earn even more."

Is the Standard click rate 10 cents? This is very strange... The payout minimum of $25 is extremely high and I think the Admin won't pay to Free members anymore...
