PTP Rules Not Clear

I have just finished reading the PTP rules in the rules section link above on the navigation bar. I am unclear about something. Do I get paid if I reply to a post in the PTP sections on the forums? Or do I only get paid if I start a new thread? Thanks in advance.

Of course that you get paid for every post made in PTP sections of ITM.
