These are indeed very popular methods/techniques of getting back links for your website. Unfortunately, a lot of people end up spamming blogs in an attempt to get a link back to their website. The least you could do is to read the blog article and write an appropriate comment.

Please tell me.. when we doing forum posting for link buliding some forum posting sites providing nofollow links.... and is nofollow links showing any result in page rank... and google rank???
