what is the value per point

There is no fixed amount per post, you will be paid between 3 and 10 cents per post you make, if you don't violate forum rules. Payment proofs are valued at 0.5 cents (half a cent) per post. So I'd suggest you go through the forum rules again, everything is explained there.
